Colour match paint

Where would be the best place to get a colour matched paint in a rattle can? I can't find the colour code and there has been a heated debate between myself and my brother in law over whether or not my Gen 1 is yellow(I reckon it is) and lime green(he reckons it is and he backs this up by being a printer for the last 20 odd years so he knows his colours).

What is the code on the bulkhead in the engine bay (should be a two letter/digit code)

E.G.
3W lemon yellow
IA vivid yellow

Under "PAINT" it say JL
