Its not that much more labour to change the pump i recently did my cambelt, and the bearing in the old pump felt rough, if the cambelt is being changed it is an extra half hour tops to change the waterpump , theres a walkthrough on here if you want to do it yourself, it is a pig of a job but easy enough with the right tools,
