Hi,
i had my cam belt replaced about 5 months ago only done 56 000 but i left the water pump out thinking it would be good for some time yet. wrong it has started leaking from a hole in the top of the pump. i decided to tackle the problem myself not realizing at the time the cambelt had to come off to get to the 2 bolts on the left of the pump. so i changed it scraped the gasket off reassembeled it and great started lovely, then noticed the waterfall, so took it all off again and spotted a piece of gasket still on there in the dark top corner, eventually got it all off and its now great. it was my first time tackling this job now i'm pleased i did as really it was not that hard a job a bit fiddly but doable. my advise have a go??AND MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL THE GASKET OFF FIRST TIME
